We listed our home in Bridgewater, MA, with Adriana and Carolyn Reis, “Team Reis”, in October, 2020. We lived in this home for almost 30 years and were downsizing to a smaller home on Cape Cod. A daunting task. Team Reis guided us expertly through the entire process. Carolyn and Adriana are fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. They helped us buy our current house, rent our condo once we moved out, and then eventually sell our condo. They walked us through every process and explained everything we needed to do, gather, sign, etc. During the buying process, they listened to what we wanted and needed, and looked out for us every step of they way. They were realistic and honest with us, but never once pressured us to put down an offer on something we were not 100% sure on. When they helped us rent our condo, they sorted through and screened all of the applicants, and were able to bring us a short list of favorable renters. Finally, when we sold our condo (on their recommendation based on the current market), we had an offer within 36 hours of it listing for above the asking price!
