We listed our home in Bridgewater, MA, with Adriana and Carolyn Reis, “Team Reis”, in October, 2020. We lived in this home for almost 30 years and were downsizing to a smaller home on Cape Cod. A daunting task. Team Reis guided us expertly through the entire process. It’s very difficult and very stressful to make decisions about what to update, what to keep, what to donate, what to throw away. We were overwhelmed to say the least. Team Reis kept us focused on the end result and leant their expertise to help us get to that end. Some “tough love” on some decisions we had to make was delivered, and, very honestly, much welcomed and appreciated! Once ready to officially put the home on the market, Team Reis did their due diligence to price our home perfectly.
